Bend revenue office will close starting at noon on Oct. 5 for staff training

Oregon Department of Revenue Facebook

The Oregon Department of Revenue's Bend regional office will temporarily close at noon on Oct. 5 for staff training. Located at 951 SW Simpson Avenue, Suite 100, the office will remain closed all day on Oct. 6 before reopening at 1 p.m. on Oct. 7.

The closure in Bend aligns with broader statewide administrative scheduling on Oct. 6, when district offices in Eugene, Gresham, Portland and Medford, as well as the main office in Salem, will also be closed. General inquiry contact centers will shut down for the day, though contact centers for debt collection and payroll and withholding inquiries will remain open.

A secure drop box is available at the Bend location for taxpayers needing to submit payments or documents. Office staff will mail receipts directly to customers after processing submissions.

Taxpayers can also manage their accounts electronically through Revenue Online. The digital portal allows individuals to view department letters, initiate appeals, make payments and submit questions directly to staff.

Tax forms, refund status updates and additional payment options can be found on the Oregon Department of Revenue website or requested by emailing questions.dor@dor.oregon.gov.
