Prineville and Madras to hold Veterans Day parades

While the Bend Veterans Day parade has been canceled, Prineville and Madras are going ahead with their annual parades. A Bend man, Brian Douglass, will be at both parades with the Oregon fan's 'Duckmobile' blasting the music of 'Stars and Stripes Forever.'
