Local Alert Meteorologist

Hello, Central Oregon!

I am an Arizona State University graduate with a degree in Meteorology/Climatology and am a member of the American Meteorological Society. I grew up right across the Columbia River, in Washington, so the great PNW holds a special place in my heart.

I’m very excited to be forecasting plenty of different weather patterns and four different seasons for everyone here in Central Oregon. There is always something new and surprising to offer when it comes to weather.

Meteorology is my greatest passion. I’ve always been fascinated by the weather and the way the world around us works. I believe that the career finds you, rather than the other way around. My goal is keeping the people of Central Oregon safe and informed; weather awareness and preparedness are very important to me.

On my days off, my dog and I are always looking for new adventures and enjoy exploring all the area has to offer!
