Furry Friends: Meet Carter, the loving and cuddly cat!
Carter's past is a bit of a mystery, but we are learning that this 1 or 2-year-old kitty is a sweet and lovable boy. He's at Redmond's Brightside Animal Center looking for someone who likes to snuggle just as much he does.
