Redmond Municipal Airport recorded an all-time record number of travelers in July, the city announced Wednesday.

RDM served a total of 58,360 passengers in July, an 8.6 percent increase from the previous record of 53,720, set in July 2014.

“It’s exciting to see the numbers to continue to grow at Redmond’s Robert Field,” remarksed Redmond Chamber of Commerce & CVB Executive Director Eric Sande. “It is truly one of Central Oregon’s greatest assets, offering affordable and convenient service, for both the business and leisure traveler.”

RDM receives air carrier service from United, Delta, Alaska and American Airlines.

Non-stop flights are offered to six destinations: Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, and Salt Lake City.
