Randy Guzek prosecutor upset by Gov. Brown’s ‘blanket’ death row commutations

Josh Marquis, the prosecutor in three death penalty trials for Terrebonne killer Randy Lee Guzek, is very upset with Gov, Kate Brown for her "blanket commutation" of 17 death row inmates, saying it "flies in the face of the whole idea of the rule of law," Cathy Marshall reports.
