General Duffy’s Waterhole is the place to be for Trivia Night

REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) – Looking for something fun to do on a Tuesday night, in Redmond? The place to be is General Duffy’s Waterhole, for Trivia Night.

It happens most Tuesdays, where participants form teams and answer questions on various topics, such as history, pop culture, science, and general knowledge.

It’s a fun way for folks to test their trivia skills, socialize, and compete for prizes.

Kevin Munro, Quizmaster, said: “We'd like to do a broad variety of things. We want to make sure we're inclusive to multiple generations. Generally, a hodgepodge of things that might be classic trivia, things that are modern and current events. Of course, we do a lot of other features as well that we kind of mix in along with conventional trivia to keep it interesting, formatted in something I like to call a game show format.  So it plays almost like you're in a TV game show, but yet you're here in a room with your friends.”

Trivia enthusiast Aundrea Leese said: “We are super hit or miss, so there have been like some weeks where we've won first place like three or four weeks in a row. and then there's been some weeks where we just land at the bottom. But I can tell you that, like when one of us is missing, we're not doing well. So we've figured out our team and our strategy.”

During Trivia Night, you can expect a fun and competitive atmosphere where teams or individuals compete for prizes, and it’s always free to play, no buy-ins!
