Pedestrian safety steps proposed for Harper Bridge in Sunriver

Harper Bridge in Sunriver is a popular spot for river floating in the summer, but traffic safety issues have arisen. At Wednesday's Deschutes County commissioners meeting, Road Department Director Chris Doty proposed several ideas to address parking and pedestrian safety in the area.
