Bend sculptor completes project for downtown Seattle

Bend sculptor Miguel Edwards, who created a special cauldron for the 50th Special Olympics, recently finished his latest project, El Sol: Elevate. The project is to be installed just a couple of blocks from Seattle's Space Needle. Edwards told us Sunday he hopes the sculpture will raise spirits in challenging times.
