Hello, Central Oregon!

I'm thrilled to be a part of the Sunrise Anchor Team! Originally from Northern California and a graduate of San Diego State University, I found my way to the charming town of Bend to be closer to family, and to enjoy its world-class outdoor recreation. With a strong on-camera background and passion for storytelling, NewsChannel 21 will be the perfect place to hone my journalism skills.

I have deep-rooted connections to the Bend community as an Assistant Cross-Country Coach for Mountain View High School (Go, Cougs!) and as a Lead Instructor for Cyclebar at The Old Mill. Working with these talented young athletes and riders has been a rewarding experience, teaching me the importance of dedication, perseverance and teamwork.

To the role of news anchor, I bring a diverse background and commitment to delivering quality journalism. From breaking news to human-interest stories, I'm dedicated to keeping you informed and engaged with the world around us. I hope to highlight the good work of nonprofits and individuals in the area through a "Community Conversations" segment. Please feel free to send ideas my way.
