Deschutes County Clerk Steve Dennison tells KTVZ News a batch of counted votes is set to be released around midnight. He says voter turnout will be north of 40%, historically high for a primary election.
10:36 pm: Jamie Collins leads incumbent Tony Debone by about 8,000 votes.

10:36 pm: Morgan Schmidt leads Rob Imhoff by less than 3,000 votes for Deschutes County Board of Commissioners Position 5. This is one of two new seats on the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners because of a voter-approved petition, started by John Heylin.

10:36 pm: There is a close race for Position 3 on the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners. Lauren Connally is leading Amy Sabbadini by about 3,000 votes. In third place is Amanda Page.
The position was previously held by Patti Adair, who secured the republican nomination for Congressional District 5 tonight.

10:36 pm: Rick Russell leads Chet Wamboldt by about 7,000 votes for Deschutes County Board of Commissioners Position 4. This is one of two new seats on the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners because of a voter-approved petition, started by John Heylin.
10:16 pm: A levy for the Cloverdale Rural Fire Protection District is winning by less than 200 votes.

10:00 pm: A levy for the Alfalfa Fire District is losing by nearly 200 votes.
Reporting by KTVZ News and our media partners at the Prineville Review have reported that the district is under several state investigations and questions have been raised about how the levy got on the ballot.
9:58 pm: Deschutes County Clerk Steve Dennison tells KTVZ News a new drop of ballots is expected at 10PM and the last batch released will be around midnight. He expects voter turnout to be north of 40%.
9:46 pm: Incumbent March Wunsch is leading the race for Jefferson County Commission Position 1 by less than 1,000 votes.
9:46 pm: Incumbent Kelly Simmelink is leading the race for Jefferson County Commission Position 2 by more than 1,000 votes.

9:45 pm: A bond for the Jefferson County Library District is losing by more than 1,000 votes as of 9:45 PM.
9:43 pm: Democrat incumbent Jason Kropf leads Andrew Caruana in the Democratic nomination for Oregon House - 54th District by nearly 6,000 votes.

9:39 pm: Tana West leads Zachary Hastings by more than 20 thousand votes for Deschutes County Assessor as of 9:39 PM.

9:23 pm: Incumbent Christina Stephenson leads Chris Lynch by nearly 150,000 votes as of 9:23 PM for the race for the Bureau of Labor and Industries
8:56 pm: Patti Adair is projected to win the Republican Primary nomination for Congressional District 5. She will face Democratic challenger incumbent Rep.Janelle Bynum, who also secured her party's nomination tonight.
Before running for the party's nomination, Adair served two terms on the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners.
8:50 pm: Chris Beck is projected to win the Democratic Primary nomination for Congressional District 2.
8:43 pm: Christine Drazan is projected to win the Republican Primary for Governor of Oregon. As of 8:44 PM she was winning the race by nearly 40,000 votes.
The race was extremely competitive with Marion County Commissioner Danielle Bethell, state Rep. Ed Diehl, R-Scio, state Sen. Christine Drazan, R-Canby, and former NBA player Chris Dudley viewed as the front-runners.

8:39 pm: Deschutes County Clerk Steve Dennison tells KTVZ News the first large batch of votes will come in around 9 PM.
8:36 pm: Vote counts in Crook County, Jefferson County, and Deschutes County are coming in.
8:13 pm: Rep. Janelle Bynum is projected to win the District 5 Democratic Primary for Congressional District 2. KTVZ News interviewed her about her first term in office. Watch it here.
8:12 pm: Measure 120 - Tax Increases is projected to fail.
Measure 120 would have raised gas, vehicle, and payroll taxes to help pay for roads and transit. It reached voters after lawmakers approved it in a special session, and republican opponents forced a referendum.
8:07 pm: Gov. Tina Kotek is projected to win the Democratic Primary for Governor.
8:05 pm: Rep. Cliff Bentz is projected to win the Republican Primary for Congressional District 2.
8:00 pm: Voting has ended in the Oregon Primary. Ballots are now being counted.
7:00 pm: Voting ends in one hour in the Oregon Primary.
