3 and 6 inches around pass levels and around a foot in the higher
elevations.
* WHERE…East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades.
* WHEN…Until 5 PM PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS…Significant snowfall with periods of heavy snowfall
rates will combine with low visibility to create very difficult
driving conditions.
